Portland photographer N. Scott Trimble specializes in Editorial, Commercial and Cinematography photography. Scott Trimble produces amazing images utilizing the latest techniques and his unique photographic eye.

Scott grew up in the tall woods of North Carolina on Lake Norman, where he thought water skiing and pulled pork barbecues were as natural as breathing. As the third generation photographer in the family, a camera in his hand wasn’t an uncommon thing. At first, it was to him just a fun method of capturing whatever fun and trouble he was getting into, little did he know it would open up new worlds and become the tool to focus his outstanding creative ability capturing life as it happens and bending realities to his vision.
After graduating from Arizona State University in Photojournalism and Anthropology, Scott worked for newspapers across the country including the Arizona Republic and the Columbian in Vancouver, WA as well as freelancing for The New York TImes, New York Post, Raleigh News & Observer, People Magazine and dozens more.
N. Scott Trimble specializes in people and lifestyle photography that is utilized by corporate and editorial clientele worldwide. His talent for capturing the decisive moment has won him numerous awards in sports and feature photography as well as rave reviews from his clients.
In 2003, Scott delved into motion picture cinematography and directing and has worked on short and feature films as well as news documentaries and corporate commercials.
N. Scott Trimble Photography realizes time and efficiency are just as important to the client as stunning imagery. As a matter of fact, Scott’s ability to fluidly apply his workflow to a high degree of precision and efficiency is a key factor in clients returning again and again, and love to take advantage of his personal challenge to make every assignment or personal project the best to date.
